You can delete your Fit Assist account and the personal data associated with it in either of two ways. You do not need the app installed to use the second.
Tap your profile → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Email support@giftsonx.com with the subject "Delete my Fit Assist account" from the email address you signed up with. We verify the request against that address and complete deletion within 30 days, confirming by reply.
We immediately and permanently erase everything that identifies you — your email address, your sign-in identity, your device identifier, and the link between your account and your subscription — and every body scan: its measurements, 3D-model shape values and photo fingerprints, along with any onboarding scan preview and your chosen body target. Those are erased outright, not de-identified. (Body-scan and meal photos were never stored on our servers in the first place — they are analyzed and immediately discarded.)
Some fitness records — logged weights, generated plans, the food-and-portion lists produced by meal scans, and our safety-screening audit trail — are held in a tamper-evident, append-only store as a deliberate safety and record-keeping design; they survive deletion only in de-identified form, stripped of every identifier, and can never be re-linked to you. You do not have to delete your account to remove a scan. In the app, open the scan and choose delete: its measurements, model and fingerprints are erased permanently, and the app offers to remove that scan's photos from your phone at the same time. The rest of your account is unaffected.
